Eartha Limited was established to help increase public awareness of waste and energy reduction, to educate the food service industry regarding environmental practices, and to create a positive impact in the Central Ohio community. By continually collaborating with non-profits and government funded agencies, Eartha Limited intends to become an industry leader through pioneering new techniques aimed toward food service sustainability. 
 
MIDDLE WEST SPIRITS
Set in the heart of Ohio, Middle West Spirits is an urban micro-distillery that draws inspiration from its surroundings. The distillers at Middle West are mindful of the immense resources they have nearby, and make every effort to use them. They are also students of time-tested distilling traditions – proud to use the first copper still of its kind in North America, from a company that has been making the gold standard for nearly 200 years.
ROCKMILL BREWERY
A fantastic small production organic brewery. Rockmill's beers are modeled after the brews of Wallonia, Belgium. Wallonia is the French-speaking region of the country located in the rural south along the French border. The water of this region contains a minerality very similar to the water profile found in the deep well located on the Rockmill Farm in Lancaster, Ohio.
BROTHERS DRAKE MEADERY
Brothers Drake Meadery is bringing a legend to life. Mead, also known as honey wine, is arguably the oldest alcoholic beverage documented. References to mead abound in our mythos, history, literature, medicinal remedies, etc. Made from the fermentation of honey, mead is a beverage in a category of its own that dates back beyond the reaches of human history.
